FIELD: manufacture of cardboard articles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cardboard holder is designed for connecting several cylindrical cans arranged at least in two rows and provided with inclined top and cover on top with projecting circular rim. Holder is made from flat blank with two opposite arc-shaped cuts for each can connected by holder, outer edges of cuts catching can rim when holder is installed on several cans for connecting the holder and cans and forming package. Holder is provided with cavities arranged in center of holder blank between rows of cans which are designed for gripping by fingers and lifting assembled package and for manipulating with package. Moreover, cup cavity is made in holder arranged in center between gripping cavities and rows of cans. Invention relates to flat blank of cardboard holder and to method of assembling said flat cardboard blank. Invention makes it possible to create can holder for cans arranged at least in two rows which can be reliably attached to cans for connecting the cans, fixing and holding and for lifting and manipulating with cans.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of material.
