FIELD: packing equipment, particularly containers of polygonal cross-section formed by folding or erecting one or more blanks made of paper.

SUBSTANCE: box comprises upper wall, two opposite side walls connected to side edges of upper wall and end wall connecting side walls one to another to define upper box corner. The box is provided with distribution device, which dispenses articles from the box. The distribution device includes displaceable box section, which involves upper, side and end walls. The section may be detachably connected to upper, side and end walls so that the section may be detached from the box to form orifice, which opens access to extreme article. The distribution device comprises stop wall extending along orifice width and comprising retaining tap to prevent unwanted extreme article withdrawal from the box. The retaining tap extends upwards from stop wall for height exceeding lower point height along stop wall periphery.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of article retaining in box during extreme article removal, which prevents rolling out of other articles from the box, simplified access to articles inside the box, possibility to determine number of articles remaining in the box.
