SUBSTANCE: for transmission of a high-voltage pulse current through a single line use is made of the effect of line high conductance for shift currents at resonance operation. The liquid jet is thrown by the electropulse method at a high-voltage discharge in a chamber with a current-conducting liquid. To increase the range of action, a polymer providing the liquid "superfluidity, for example, polyacrylamide, and a surface-active agent providing the jet stability in flight are added to the current-conducting liquid.
EFFECT: expanded field of application and enlarged range of action.
