SUBSTANCE: method of pain feeling elimination of the electric shock user in case of capacitive breakdown consists in selecting the high voltage potential signal from the electric circuit of the electric shock device through a control electrode connected to the user's body and with a high-speed device for disconnecting the high-voltage electric current generator of the high-voltage ES or RCES. Device for implementing a method for eliminating the pain sensations of a user of an electric shock in the case of a capacitive breakdown comprises a reference electrode, a divider-limiter, a comparator, a single-oscillator or a trigger connected to a generator of high-voltage electrical impulses of an electric shock.

EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of producing miniature ES or RCES.
