FIELD: mechanical engineering; containers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to containers, particularly, to buckets. Proposed container has opening pointed upwards which is closed by cover and circular edge of container arranged from outer side and extending downwards with which cover can be detachably connected and to which at least one cover plate is hinge-connected so that, when being turned from initial position from container wall, at least part of cover is lifted. Cover plate encloses, at least by one cover plate member, container edge from rear. Cover plate member can displace outwards forward relative to container edge owing to turning. Cover plate member, when turned backwards in direction of initial position, cannot be shifted backwards beyond container edge.
EFFECT: provision of container with device for lifting its cover which is simple and not expensive in manufacture.
