SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an assembly for connecting an adaptor to the medical container, comprising adaptor (2) for coupling with medical container (4) having neck (7) closed by septum (8), said septum (8) has outer surface (9) directed towards the outside of medical container (4), adaptor (2) comprises gripping member (20) for securing adaptor (2) to medical container (4), said gripping member (20) being capable of being mounted on neck (7) of said medical container (4), pierceable elastomeric piece (30) which, in an inactive state of adaptor (2), intended not to be in contact with pressure with outer surface (9) of septum (8), and which, in an active state of adaptor (2), is intended to be in contact with pressure with outer surface (9) of septum (8), when said adaptor (2) is placed on said medical container (4); blister (3) comprising shell (100) and removable closing membrane (102) which form a housing receiving adaptor (2) with adaptor (2) in the inactive state, prior to the first use of adaptor (2). Wherein assembly (1) further comprises: retaining system which comprises first retaining means (26), arranged on adaptor (2), and second retaining means (111) arranged on shell (100), first retaining means (26) being designed, in a locked position of the retaining system, to cooperate with second retaining means (111), as long as adaptor (2) is not in the active state, so as to prevent shell (100) from being separated from adaptor (2); unlocking means (53, 54) which are designed to place the retaining system in an unlocked position, when adaptor (2) is in the active state, in which first retaining means (26) do not cooperate with second retaining means (111), thereby allowing removal of shell (100).

EFFECT: invention provides a system in which misuse of adapters is prevented to limit contact between the user's hands and this system and to ensure that handling of the medical container always occurs in the best hygienic conditions.
