FIELD: antenna engineering; public corporate, departmental, and radiophone communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: novelty in proposed enhanced-gain corner antenna characterized in two-fold contraction of directivity pattern in E plane while retaining directivity pattern in H plane thereby enhancing gain by about 3 dB without changing its size or using gratings of vertically disposed excitation sources is that newly inserted between corner reflector plates is separating screen in vertical symmetry plane (angle bisector plane), excitation source being disposed in same plane.
EFFECT: enhanced gain, simplified design.
