FIELD: antenna engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed antenna that can be used, for instance, in television, corporate, departmental, and public radiophone communication systems and has reflector in the form of cylindrical surface with part cut out along generating line that accommodates excitation source, and electric dipole is provided in addition with one more reflector on both ends of cut-out part of cylindrical surface which reduces current flow to cylindrical surface underside.
EFFECT: reduced radiation in directions other than main one, enhanced antenna directive gain.
