FIELD: medicine, oncology, gynecology, pharmacy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment of oncogynecological patients by using gel developed for this aim. For 12-14 days before surgery operation and for 7-10 days in post-operative period tinrostim is administrated in patients in systemic regimen in the dose 0.5-1.0 mg, 2 times per a day. Also, in post-operative period gel is used additionally, 2 times per 24 h by topical applying wherein gel comprises the following components, g/l: tinrostim, 0.05-0.1; chitosan, 30.0-35.0; ascorbic acid, 19-21, and distilled water, the balance. Based on selected doses and duration of treatment the proposed method provides immunostimulating effect of phagocytosis, humoral and cellular immunity and normalizes their indices in oncogynecological patients in using selected dose in treatment and duration of treatment that allows the immediate carrying out the following course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
