FIELD: rolled stock production, namely equipment for shaping sheet sections with periodical lengthwise corrugations.
SUBSTANCE: rolling roll includes rolls mounted one over another with gap δ. In barrel of upper roll there are grooved passes and lower roll has shaping protrusions formed on part of its barrel circle length. Grooves in barrel of upper roll are continuous and they have depth in range (7.3 - 12.2)δ. Shaping protrusions have end portions provided with ribbed slope inclined by angle 59 - 60° relative to straight line connecting center of roll cross section with rib of slope of said cross section.
EFFECT: improved quality of high-rigidity sections due to their enhanced geometry, lowered manufacturing expense.
