FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: leveler contains both work basic top and bottom rollers of the set sizes. The barrel of each top work roller is executed ganged of separate disks of the set configuration with radial grooves and one longitudinal flat cut, perpendicular to radial grooves, with length less than length of its barrel. Thus each top work roller is executed with rotation possibility around the axis on the set corner, fastenings in this position at adjustment of the machine with displacement of a barrel cut of each mentioned roller concerning a barrel cut of the previous roller clockwise for maintenance of coincidence of each cross-section corrugation with a barrel cut of a corresponding roller.

EFFECT: improved consumer properties of profiles of high stiffness due to increase of their plainness and extended technological possibilities.
