FIELD: petrochemical industry; methods of dewaxing of the oil products.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of petrochemical industry, in particular, to the method of dewaxing of the oil products and may be used in petroleum refining for dewaxing of the oil products and extraction from them of the paraffinic hydrocarbons. Substance: dewaxing is conducted by mixing of the raw oil with the surface active substance, the thermal treatment of the mixture, its cooling up to the temperature of dewaxing with the subsequent extraction of paraffinic hydrocarbons in the direct electric current field. In the capacity of the surface active substance use the product of condensation of the higher fat alcohols, pyromellitic dianhydride, ethylene glycol and toluene diisocyanate in the molar ratio of 2.0:1.0:2.0:1.0 correspondingly. The technical result of the invention is the increased output of the dewaxed diesel fuel, improvement of its low-temperature properties - the temperature of chilling and the temperatures of turbidity.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased output of the dewaxed diesel fuel, improvement of its low-temperature properties - the temperature of chilling and the temperatures of turbidity.
