FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: dewaxing of petroleum products is conduct via mixing feedstock with surfactant, heat treatment of resulting mixture, cooling it to dewaxing temperature and separating paraffin hydrocarbons in constant electric field, said surfactant being product of condensation of higher fatty alcohols, pyromellitic dianhydride, and ethylene glycol at molar ratio 2:1:2, respectively.
EFFECT: increased yield of dewaxed diesel fuel and improved its low-temperature properties (freezing temperature and cloud point temperature.
