FIELD: detection techniques.
SUBSTANCE: detection and identification of chemical compounds are performed due to determination of spectrum lines of nuclear quadrupole resonance, which method is based upon sequent influence of pair of radio-frequency preparation pulses with different frequencies of ν2 and ν1, which embrace two lines in spectrum of nuclear quadrupole resonance of matter to be irradiated, which pulses relate to adjacent transitions of multi-level system of energies of nuclear quadrupole resonance. After preparation pulse is applied, multi-pulse sequence of radio frequency pulses with like durations at frequency of ν2 is applied at one of two frequencies. Signals of nuclear quadrupole resonance are registered and added at transition being adjacent to transition of influence of radio frequency pulses. Signals of nuclear quadrupole resonance are registered at frequency of ν1 after any pulse from multi-pulse set being effective at frequency of ν2.
EFFECT: elimination of influence of transient processes in equipment; increased period of registration of signals; reduced time for detection and identification.
