FIELD: mortar used at manufacture of constructional products.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the mortars used at manufacture of the constructional products by the method of pasting together of the separate details of the alumina ceramics, the fragments of the refractory bricks lining made out of alumina refractory materials and also for repairs of the different products of the alumona composition partially damaged at the kilning or at operation. The technical result of the invention is the increased strength of the paste seam and its conservation at the temperature of the operation above 1500°C. The indicated technical result is achieved due to the fact, that the mortar consists of electrocorundum, calcium fluoride and the alumoborophosphate binder at the following ratio of the components in mass %: electrocorundum - 47-69; calcium fluoride - 1-3 and the alumoborophosphate binder - 30-50.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased strength of the paste seam and its conservation at the temperature of the operation above 1500°C.
