SUBSTANCE: cosmetic agent comprises fractions of sturgeon and salmon roe, natural vegetable extracts and oils and essential oils and consists of two parts - emulsion and liposomal fractions taken in the "golden" ratio = 0.618. The emulsion comprises emulsion wax, monoglycerides, cacao butter, sesame oil and emulsion is prepared by emulsification method in a rotor-cavitation unit of indicated components. The liposomal fraction comprises soft caviar, tocopherol (vitamin E), substance "Epofen", geranium, myrrh, rosemary essential oil, shikonin, sturgeon milt of fish DNA, extracts of coneflower, linden flowers, flax seeds, lecithin and polyethylene oxide, olive oil, zhozhoba oil, and also carbomer, caton and a perfume composition wherein components are taken in the definite quantitative ratio. The proposed method for preparing the cosmetic agent involves dispersing components to be added, such as vegetable oils, biologically active substances of vegetable and marine origin in a rotor-cavitation unit by mixing two components of the agent representing the emulsion and the liposomal fraction taken in the "golden" ratio = 0.618. Invention can be used in preparing cosmetic external agents as gel, balsam and cream used for rejuvination, treatment and care in case of problem and aging skin.
