FIELD: packing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meters delivery of liquid material from container. Proposed metering sealing system includes housi8ng projecting from container in area of container opening. Said housing includes base, channel made for reciprocation relative to base, and flexible wall connecting channel with base. Channel has discharge hole and first sealing surface. Nose is held on housing and it can be rotated relative to housing. Nose includes metering hole and second sealing surface to come in contact with first sealing surface. Housing and nose form drive system converting rotation into linear motion which responses to rotation of nose in one direction, shifting channel in first direction to closed position, and responses to rotation of nose in opposite direction, shifting channel is second direction, opposite to first direction, into open position. Said nose is provided with cutting edge to pierce gasket.
EFFECT: provision of high service characteristics of device owing to no clearance under lower edge of nose being turned into open position.
