Dispensing closure comprises base member (100), spout element (200), and actuation member (300) rotatable from the first position to the second position, and during said rotation of actuation element (300), spout member (200) axially moves relative to base member (100) between the retracted position and the extended position.
EFFECT: dispensing closure is provided.
