SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of 2,4-dichloro-2-dichlorophosphorylbutanoic acid chloroanhydride of the formula: . Method involves interaction of 2-chloro-4,5-dihydrofutylphosphonic acid dichloroanhydride with a chlorinating agent in inert organic solvent medium wherein sulfuryl chloride is used a chlorinating agent, and process is carried out at temperature 25°C. Invention provides increasing yield and simplifying process.
