FIELD: gluing materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing a gluing composition for sticky bands showing sensitivity to pressure and enhanced heat stability. Proposed composition comprises rubber with unsaturated bonds, resinous agent for enhancing stickiness, filling agent, 2,2,4-trimethyl-6-R-1,2-dihydroquinoline or its polymer as adhesion promoter wherein R means hydrogen atom (H), alkyl, ethoxyl, phenyl, vulcanizing agent chosen from the group involving aromatic dinitroso-compound as a monomer or polymer and comprising from 2 to 6 aromatic rings and two nitroso-groups, not less, or aryldioxime, or derivative of dithiocarbamate, or alkylphenolformaldehyde resin. Proposed gluing composition is designated for protection of heated steel surfaces against corrosion and provides enhancing the strength fixation of sticky band to steel at temperature 60-80°C with retaining its stickiness and sufficiently adhesion to steel at normal temperature 5-30°C.

EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of gluing composition.
