SUBSTANCE: invention relates to frost-, oil and petrol-resistant rubber mixtures. Disclosed is frost-, oil and petrol-resistant rubber mixture for making industrial rubber articles, containing 80–85 wt.pts. natural rubber and 15–20 wt.pts. butadiene rubber SKD, with the following ratio of components in weight parts per 100 wt.pts. polymers: 50–60 of technical carbon of active grade, 5–7.5 of silica filler, 2.5–6.5 of treated distilled aromatic extract, 0.25–0.5 of resin, 1.5–1.6 of modifier containing 80% of 1,3-dioxybenzene per 20% of a polymer binder, 0.16–0.3 of a mixture of an aromatic disulphide, an organometallic complex compound and organic dispersing agents, 0.5–1.0 of zinc soaps of fatty acids, 1.9–4.8 of hexomethoxymethylmelamine, 3.0–4.0 of zinc oxide, 1.0–2.0 of zinc stearate, 2.0-3.0 of mixture of mainly saturated fatty acids, 1.0–1.5 of (1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine, 1.0–1.5 of a mixture of diaryl-p-phenylenediamine, predominant ditolyl, types of tolylphenol and difensyl, 1.0–1.5 of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, 1.0–2.5 of microcrystalline wax, 1.5–4.5 of sulphur, 0.4–0.5 of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulphenamide, 1.0–1.4 of N-tertbutyl-2-benzothiazole sulphonamide, and 1.0–1.4 of N,N'-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazyl sulphenamide.
EFFECT: increased strength, plasticity, provision of elasticity at low temperatures.
