FIELD: construction, particularly concreting reactor compartments of atomic power stations, as well as cylindrical buildings and building structures.
SUBSTANCE: movable form comprises sectors, annular service plate with enclosure and hatches, form panels, hydraulic cylinders, sliders, rests, movable and fixed engagement means with spring-loaded fixers, metal sealing means having T-shaped cross-sections, elastic sealing means, double-armed holders and double-branch strings with support clips. Form sectors are made as frames with upper and lower belts connected with each other by means of paired intermediate and end vertical guiding means. Hydraulic cylinders arranged in end vertical guiding means are connected to sliders by upper and lower parts thereof. Slider travel is limited by rests. Hydraulic cylinders of intermediate guiding means are fastened to slider having rests from bottom hydraulic cylinder parts and pinned to sliders in upper parts thereof. Form panels are hinged to lower frame belt. Lower panel parts are provided with ears pivotally connected to sliders through levers. Metal sealing means with T-shaped cross-section and elastic sealing means are located on upper joints of form panels. Holder arms are provided with centering rollers arranged from inner holder arm sides and with support rollers located from outer sides thereof. Double-branch strings pass through movable and fixed engagement means, which are arranged in central parts of end vertical guiding means. Levers extending along sector axes are installed so that the levers may rotate in radial plane. The other levers may perform free rotation. Frame ring is defined by connection of frame sectors with upper and lower belts formed of two channel bars, which constitute box-like section with air-tight joints. Rectangular and air-tight pads are created on end parts. Orifices having diameters of not less than 20 mm are formed in points of axes of symmetry intersection. Covering plates adapted to clasp belt joints are fixed by bolts located in air-tight pipes welded to channel bar walls. One orifice is made in top or sides of each frame sector and is adapted to attach connection pipe with distribution valve. Frame ring belts are provided with at least three connection pipes or hose sleeves, which sustain corresponding pressure of receiver. The connection pipes are spaced apart equal distances around frame ring.
EFFECT: increased labor productivity, decreased labor inputs and costs, reduced building time.
