FIELD: domestic washing or cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises carriage with control members for its driving, levered squeezing out means, tank for water mounted on the carriage, and arrangement for cleaning water mounted inside the vessel and provided with bellows and valve. The bellows has bottom plate member made of sheet material or sheet plastic, top sheet made of flexible material, top plate member provided with openings made at its corners, and bearing members provided with water filters. The top plate member is provided with openings for water circulation that are arranged over periphery with respect to the vertical axis. The adjusting screw is centered in the opening and is provided with nut and disk freely mounted on its cylindrical head. The disk is provided with the valve made of a sheet flexible material for overlapping the openings for water circulation. The valve and disk are protected by means of the ring with the flange secured to it from below. The flange is provided with the second disk having the central opening and openings corresponding to these made in the top plate member.
