FIELD: hydrocarbons extraction technology, possible use for isolation of inter-tubular space in fountain, gas-lifting, pumping or forcing well with one or several operation objects - formations.

SUBSTANCE: packer includes shaft with external clamp and profiled groove, mounted on the shaft in upward direction are localizer in form of body with external spring-loaded resistance elements and internal stopper, anvil holder and anvils, body, collar, adjusting nut and sleeve. Shaft is made with external longitudinal solid covered or open channel for insertion or positioning and packing therein of force cable with external protection and/or cover. Stopper is made in form of free axial rotating ball with possible full or limited circular movement in the body of localizer and profiled groove of shaft. Anvil holder, anvils and cone are interconnected and in assembly they are mounted on the shaft below the collar. Cone is made with external grooves in form of dovetail and appropriate anvils are mounted therein with limited axial and radial movement relatively to the shaft. Anvil holder in its turn is made either with grooves in form of dovetail and in these, respectively, lower ends of anvils are located, or with windows, inside which anvils are positioned, while to prevent premature activation of packer and movement of anvils relatively to cone during lowering of packer into the well anvil holder or anvils and the body are provided with fasteners.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of packer operation during its mounting, operation and well break.
