FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed diesel engine fuel feed system contains high-pressure pump, high-pressure fuel line, nozzle with shutoff member, spring and movable member made in form of piston arranged in hydraulic chamber. Throttling hole is made in piston. Hydraulic chamber is connected by fuel line with cylinder in which plunger is installed provided with axial and radial holes. Plunger is spring-loaded from side of pipeline and from other side, sleeve of crankshaft centrifugal speed governor thrusts against plunger. Said governor sleeve contains flyweights made in form of steel balls, flat plate made integral with sleeve and conical plate rigidly connected with drive shaft. Drive shaft is set into rotation by gear of crankshaft, and side hole is made in cylinder connected by pipeline with hydraulic device containing reducing valve, and lubricating pump with drive from dc motor. Oil is delivered to oil pump from oil reservoir. Electric motor is switched by means of electric switch.
EFFECT: optimization of fuel delivery into combustion chamber to improved mixing and combustion processes and, as a result, increased power and economy of engine, reduced smoke content and toxicity of exhaust gases under different operating conditions.
