FIELD: mechanical engineering; tractor and automobile diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed diesel fuel system has fuel tank, fuel feed pump, fuel filters, fuel injection pump provided with at least one plunger pair, high-pressure and low-pressure fuel pipelines, at least one nozzle, control valve, electronic control unit and crankshaft speed governor. System is furnished additionally with unloading valve, unloading fuel pipeline, medium-pressure pipeline, bypass valve, diesel engine cooling liquid temperature transmitter and diesel engine supercharging air pressure transmitter. Fuel feed pump is provided with electric drive. Control valve is arranged between high-pressure pipeline and medium-pressure pipeline, and unloading valve is placed between high-pressure pipeline and unloading pipeline, control valve and unloading valve are electromagnetic valves. Fuel feed pump electric drive provides adjustment of pump speed. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of diesel engine operation owing to enlarged possibility of control of fuel delivery into diesel engine cylinders. 3 cl, 2 dwg
