FIELD: power engineering; stationary and mobile power installations built around electrochemical hydrogen-oxygen (air) generators.

SUBSTANCE: proposed electrochemical generator depends for its operation on using gaseous hydrogen heat energy supplied from hydrogen separator as well as high-pressure gas mixture flow arriving from reformer. Pressure controller installed at reformer outlet functions to build up optimal pressure within reformer, and high-pressure mixture flow at pressure controller outlet is used for turbine of turbogenerator set that feeds atmospheric air to fuel cell battery. Gas flow turbine is passed from turbogenerator set outlet to prime mover and heat energy is used for heating gas mixture in reformer as well as for evaporating fuel coming to evaporator and for heating air arriving at fuel cell battery.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and power requirement for energy generation.
