FIELD: hydro-acoustics, possible use for controlling noise level of underwater objects at ultra low frequencies.
SUBSTANCE: mounted inside the underwater object are the source of coherent light, transferring optical system, splitter, two optical windows, receiving optical system, optical spatial modulator, photo-receiving system, generator of light-dissipating particles with injector, control block, processing block, two optical barrels, two rotary light reflectors. Optical barrels are mounted one behind another in direction of movement of underwater object orthogonally to body plating. Light reflectors are mounted in each barrel. Optical windows are mounted in barrels oppositely to each other. Optical system is made in form of a pair of collimator cylindrical lenses. Splitter is made in form of generator of two flat probing beams. Receiving optical system is made in form of two non-transparent screens and focusing objective. Optical spatial modulator is made in form of two slits.
EFFECT: production of time span signal at output of laser vector receiver.
