SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes mixture preparation from plant milk, obtained by germination of soybean, or lentil, or pea seeds, and melt milk butter. Obtained mixture is pasteurized, homogenized, cooled, mixed with vanilla, filtered, cooled again, conditioned and frozen.
EFFECT: ice-cream with decreased caloricity, increased digestibility and reduced cost.
