FIELD: power sources for electric filters being significantly capacitance loads.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus operates due to forming on capacitance load (electric filter) sign-variable voltage onto which pulse voltage is applied. Improved efficiency of dust removal is achieved due to lowered time lag of generating high voltage on electric filter that allows to increase mean voltage supplied to electrode of electric filter and respectively voltage of ionization of dust particles in space between settling electrodes and corona discharge electrodes. Desired effect is achieved due to exchange of two controlled high-voltage sources with one source having HF-coupling and operating at intermediate frequency more than 10 kHz. Use of high frequency sharply decreases time lag of generating high voltage in electric filter. Circuit is constructed in such a way that each valve switching unit forming respectively positive or negative polarity of sign variable voltage serves also as rectifier of multiplier of one arm of power source.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dust removal in all known range of specific electric resistance values of dust, lowered operational expenses, reduced specific power consumption for dust removal, decreased cost price of apparatus.
