FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device for supply to pulse loads is designed to excite lasers at self-limited jumps of metal atoms, in particular copper vapour lasers, and also to supply ozonisers, electric filters and other non-linear pulse loads. Device comprises low-voltage source of DC voltage supply, quasi-resonant transistor single-phase converter, high-voltage transformer. Output of high-voltage transformer is connected via high-voltage charging diode to anode of thyratron commutator and capacitance storage unit, connected serially to load (laser) 8 and common bus of device. Device also comprises shaper of control pulses, comparator, driving oscillator, differential amplifier, submodulator, source of reference voltage and the first delay line.
EFFECT: stabilisation of capacitance storage unit discharging current in load.
