SUBSTANCE: device comprises mould made of top tool table provided with top tool and movable bottom tool table provided with bottom tool. The movable bottom tool table is set in the guiding means and is actuated by the first driving device. The top tool table has first driving device for mounting the top tool table. The top tool table has second driving device for actuating the means for preliminary tension mounted in the top tool . The bottom table together with the first driving device can move vertically within the guiding device.
EFFECT: improved quality of articles.
