FIELD: generation of steam; heat-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed boiler has furnace with side left-hand water wall, rear water wall, front water wall and separating water wall with slag screen; water walls are tubular and membrane-type in construction; boiler is also provided with upper and lower drums and convective gas duct with evaporating heating surfaces with side right-hand water wall and rear water wall which are tubular and membrane-type in construction; boiler is also provided with steam superheater and economizer. Angles of bends of tubes in upper part of separating water wall of furnace and side right-hand water wall of convective gas duct are equal to angle formed by vertical and inclined sections of vehicle gage and center sections of tubes of side left-hand water wall and separating water wall of furnace and side right-hand water wall of convective gas duct are vertical in form following the vehicle gage. Boiler is provided with bearing structure rigidly connected with lower drum and equipped with struts freely supporting the lower sections of furnace tubes and convective gas duct. Steam superheater is mounted near convective gas duct inlet. Economizer is mounted in convective gas duct in section adjoining the front water wall of convective gas duct. Ratio of areas of normal sections of surface and convective gas duct is no less than 2.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability; facilitated mounting procedure of transportable boiler.
