FIELD: tracked transport facilities.
SUBSTANCE: the fighting vehicle has a hull and a caterpillar drive, which includes supporting blocks, supporting rollers and caterpillar bands located under the hull bottom. The drive gears, planetary reduction gear and the driving shaft with the driving sprockets fastened on it are installed in the board armor and traverses that are welded to the hull rear plate. The supporting rollers and the driving sprockets are installed in such a manner so as to provide clearances for passage of the caterpillar bands. A hanger armor with a hydraulic drive is hinge-fastened on the board armor, and the upper edge of the side armor has a bend to the inner part of the hull.
EFFECT: reduced vulnerability of the fighting vehicle and enhanced survivability of it.
