FIELD: technical geodesy.
SUBSTANCE: structural inclinometer can be used for checking standard position of shaft of well at different depths, for example, at checking of slide phenomena and deformations of support walls when digging wells during under underground development. Inclinometer has centering device, float, bath, string which connects float with centering device, and measuring unit. The latter has video detector. Centering device is made of two pieces: top centering device is mounted in well for movement along string, and lower centering device is mounted at mouth of well in coaxial with axis of well. Weight of lower centering device exceeds buoyancy force of float, onto which float the measuring mark is applied.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurements; widened functional abilities.
