SUBSTANCE: device has receiving unit and inverse plummet including vessel with liquid and float, balancing element in the form of rod with weight, armature, string positioned on rod along its axis which one end is anchored on armature, hinge suspension, platform connected via hinge suspension to rod, tie-rods which first ends are joined to float and which second ends are connected to platform. Receiving unit is manufactured in the form of satellite navigational device incorporating insert installed in upper part of rod uniaxially to it and joined to second end of string.
