FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises manufacturing housing with scale and interconnected vessel and capillary long pressure-tight spaces. The scale is arranged along the capillary long pressure-tight space for permitting their joint viewing. A part of the housing, at least, in the zone of the capillary long pressure-tight space is made of a light-transparent material. The housing is shaped into an arc that represents the roof and supports. The supports are mounted one opposite to the other and are joined to define bearing surface and through space.
