FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has plastic casing with its working part having bevel, handle and current feed-through member. Heating system is available in casing body. Its electric heater is manufactured as winding connected to electric power supply mounted on load-bearing member. The load-bearing member is tube manufactured from material of no magnetic conducting properties having spring-loaded striking member in its cavity between fixed member and restricting bushing. The fixed member and striking member are arranged in the load-bearing member with angular gap between their end face surfaces with the gap size being changeable under shock actions directed towards the bevel in working part of the casing. The load-bearing member is mounted on inside of the casing with embedding into handle body.
