FIELD: medicinal equipment. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with medicinal devices to perform complex therapeutic impact to be used at treating nasal cavity, maxillary and frontal sinuses and larynx. The present method enables to perform impact at wider range of modes: simultaneous impact of impulse magnetic field (magnetotherapy) and hyperthermia, hyperthermal impact; impact of impulse magnetic field (magnetotherapy), among them. Doctor should establish therapeutic mode by taking into account patient's individual endurance of procedures. Device to treat rhinolaryngological diseases contains two plates of physiotherapeutic impact connected with elastic communication element. Plates have plastic bodies surrounding sources of physiotherapeutic impacts designed as thermomagnetic elements. They consist of coils with guiding wire installed in the cups of magnetic cable. Elastic communication element is made in the form of threaded oval. Its ends are designed to be crimped and they are connected to not working surface of plates in their central part. Detachable means of fixation is indicated to fix the device at that part of patient's body which requires therapy and is designed as flexible belt with through groove for installation of elastic communication element.
