FIELD: organosilicon polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel polycyclic poly- and copolyorganocyclocarbosiloxanes with variable cycle size, namely those including structural motifs having general formula: , wherein (I) k=-m=3, k and m being both cyclic; (II) k=4, m+1=4; k/m+1=7/3, m=1 being structural isomer; and (III) k=3, m=2, k and m being both cyclic, as preceramic templates for silicon-carbide-oxide ceramics when performing high-temperature (up to 1000°C) treatment in air.
EFFECT: achieved high yield (71-89%) of pyrolytic residue.
