FIELD: production of tubular reinforced articles from composite materials for manufacture of rectilinear and curved pipes, branches, t-pipes, adapters and other reinforced articles of different profiles.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing tubular woven article by rotating two groups of uniformly arranged spools with threads in opposite directions along compound intersecting paths, wherein each thread extending in one direction successively passes under and above threads rotated in other direction, with groups of spools moving in alternation: one group of spools move in tangential direction by one pitch while other group of spools move in radial and tangential directions and back in radial direction; repeating above cycle. Apparatus has table divided into three concentric rings. Internal and external surfaces of outer rings are made in the form of truncated cones; middle ring is made flat and positioned below outer rings; middle ring and smaller outer ring are adapted for alternating, step-by-step rotation in opposite directions, and outer ring is immovably fixed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing constant process tension at each of weaving cycles, and provision for weaving of large-sized carcasses.
