FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: system can be used for measurement of shifts, deformations and turns of multi-dimensional objects induced by thermal agitation and elastic disturbances. System has four linear movement pickups connected to corresponding measuring converters, and data processing unit which ahs six summing units, four subtraction unit, sixteen multiplication unit, five division units and memory unit. Pickups are disposed in pairs diametrically opposite to object under control. Sensitive elements of one pair of pickups are oriented relatively object under test differentially, collinear to first of selected coordinate axes. Second pair of pickups has pair sensitive elements disposed mutually orthogonal. Two of them are oriented differentially in relation to object under control and disposed collinear in relation to second coordinate axis; they are connected to additional measuring converters. Two other sensitive elements from the same pair of pickups are directed to the same side collinearly to first coordinate axis.
EFFECT: widened functional abilities; improved precision of measurement.
