SUBSTANCE: device contains six indicators of linear movements. Two indicators contain three orthogonally positioned sensitive elements each. Four indicators contains one sensitive element each, which are oriented along coordinate axes. Information processing block includes thirty nine multiplication blocks, eleven subtraction blocks, nine addition blocks, nine division blocks and memory blocks.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities, increased precision of measurement.
