FIELD: geophysical research in wells, possible use for measuring electric characteristics of rocks.

SUBSTANCE: device contains ground-based and well devices, connected by logging cable. Well device contains geometrically and electro-dynamically alike probes with generator and measuring coils and device for electromagnetic decoupling between generator and measuring sections of well device at working frequencies of probes. Generator section of well device includes generator coils, power amplifiers, multiplexer, heterodyne, band filters, amplifiers - limiters of intermediate frequency, phase meter, supporting generator, automatic control block, telemetric system. Measuring section of well device includes measuring coils, amplifier-transformers, commutator and well polarization electrode. Device additionally includes device for measuring amplitudes of signals at output of band filters. Device contains at least two detectors and at least one analog-digital converter. Outputs of detectors are connected to analog inputs of analog-digital converters or to one analog-digital converter with commutator at input. Controlling inputs of analog-digital converters and input for controlling commutator are connected to outputs of automatic control block. Outputs of analog-digital converters are connected to inputs of telemetric system. Also provided are variants of detector construction and presence of calibrator.

EFFECT: increased information capacity of measurements and precision when determining parameters of electric irregularities in collector beds during construction of geo-electrics.
