FIELD: mechanical engineering; cutting tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting tools for machining concrete or stone. Proposed drill has cutting part made of solid alloy with great number of cutting lips arranged over circumference and passing radially outwards, each provided with cutting edge formed between front surface and rear surface of lip and provided with end on top of cutting part, flute made on central section of cutting part forming points in intersection with cutting edges and having elongated form, when looking from bottom, limited by semiround section or dumbbell-like or clover form.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of drilling owing to removal of chips of material from central section of drill.
