FIELD: water transport; reversing of ship motion by means of two water-jet propellers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed reversing gear has reversing dampers with drives for their turn. Damper turn drive of both propellers is operated from one three-position hydraulic cylinder provided with hydraulic control cock which are connected to oil system of main engines and are located in engine room. Reversing dampers of both propellers are connected with hydraulic cylinder and are interconnected together by means of transmission consisting of rods and levers.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of ship reverse control.
