FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: reversible steering device belongs to the field of shipbuilding and can be used to steer ships. The reversing-steering device includes two jet-directing boxes located on opposite sides of the center plane of the vessel, each of which is connected to the jet propulsion through the inlet pipe and to the reverse water line through the outlet pipe. Rudder deflectors and reverse flaps are fixed inside the jet box on split coaxial vertical stocks, which are located on split coaxial vertical stocks between rudder deflectors and the inlet pipe. Each reversing flap and rudder deflector stock has a tiller at one end on the outside of the guide box. The rudder deflector tilts of each stream-guide box are pivotally connected to a common rod, which has three length-adjustable links movably connected to each other and having at least one degree of freedom. The tilters of the reversing flaps of the jet-directing box are connected to each other and a damper located on the body of the jet-directing box by a thrust. The tiller rod of the reversing flaps has two straight sections for the movable connection of the rods and tillers of the reverse flaps of the jet guide box, located opposite to each other and interconnected by a pull section located at an angle to the longitudinal center line of straight sections having a thrust section located at an angle to its longitudinal centerline, which is movably connected to the damper.

EFFECT: creation of a reversing-steering device for vessels with two water-jet propellers of a simple design that has the ability to synchronously control the rudder deflectors and asynchronously control the reverse shutters of each jet-directing box.
