FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the polyethers used as the structural materials for manufacture of the hardware products of the special designation.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of the polyethers used as the structural materials for manufacture of hardware products of the special designation. The technical result of the invention is the increased purity and the improved quality of the produced polymers, simplification of the process of the control over the polymers production, the increased technological safety and profitability of the process of production of the polymeric compounds. The invention offers to use the electric current as the initiator of the process of the polycondensation at the synthesis of the aromatic polyethers from kinones at formation of the diphenoxidic anions. The electrosynthesis and the preliminary storage of the diphenoxidic anions is conducted under the optimal conditions: at the value of the potential of the recovery of n- benzokinone of 1.7±0.05 V and the anthrakinone of 1.5±0.05 V, at the temperature of 50-155°С, the concentration of the kinone of 0.3-0.7 mole/l, the concentration of the background electrolyte of 0.1-0.3 mole/l, determined at realization of the current- voltage analysis in the system of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO)-kinone-tetrabutylammoniumbromide (TBAB). After storage of the diphenoxidic anions the process of formation of the polymer is taking place - the interaction of the produced diphenoxidic anions with the activated dihalogenderivatives.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased purity and the improved quality of the produced polymers, simplification of the process of the control over the polymers production, the increased technological safety and profitability of the process of production of the polymeric compounds.
