FIELD: mining industry, possible use for estimating strained condition of rock masses in the vicinity of a mine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling a well, forming a crack by disruption of rock mass, measuring disruption pressure. Disruption of rock mass is performed by plastic substance in planes, parallel to mine walls, while estimation of strained condition of rock masses is performed on basis of parameters of forcing of plastic substance into well being formed. For estimating strained condition of rock masses a mathematical expression may be used. For fracturing rock mass plastic substance may be used, properties of which are constant in time and do not depend on rock pressure, for example, placticine. Plastic substance may be fed into cracks being formed in periodically fixed portions. Strain concentrators may be made along lines of intersection of cracks being formed and wells before the disruption of rock mass. Device includes a pipe with external thread on the end, sealing means made of elastic material, spreader ring with slit sharpened along external circle, system for forcing plastic substance into pipe, unit for rotating the pipe relatively to sealing means and is provided with a ring having external and internal thread and end apertures, through which bolts are driven, connected to the pipe at its end by threaded connection, springs being pinned on bolts on both sides of the ring. Inbuilt into ring is pressure sensor, cable from which is let serially through aperture made in one of bolts, side aperture made in pipe, groove made along external surface of pipe, and through socket, mounted on the pipe, is connected to registration device. Screwed onto pipe and ring are bushings with internal thread, conic recesses on both ends and with conic shelf on one end. Mounted serially on each bushing are: spreader ring sharpened along external circle and having a slit, and pressurization means made of elastic material, while bushings are in contact between each other by large bases of conic shelves, and distance between internal thread of contacting bushings exceeds thickness of ring and length of external thread of pipe. Diameter of spreader ring with slit in original state may be made lesser than diameter of greater base of conic shelf of bushing.

EFFECT: lower laboriousness, possible disruption of rock at any distance from mine face, possible measurement of pressure in the center of crack being formed, increased control over disruption process.
