SUBSTANCE: plastic pipe joint comprises housing and thread made on the inner side of the housing for screwing the plastic pipe in the housing. The outer side of the plastic tube has no thread. The thread is made of a hollow and a rounded crest. The housing has collar for permitting the face of the plastic tube to abut against the collar. The bottom of the hollow is shaped into a cylinder whose surface faces the outer surface of the plastic tube to be screwed. The width of the hollow is greater than that of the crest.
